I began my insurance career in 1998 with Abby Life in the UK. I have since worked in pensions and investment based companies before moving to Australia and joining AON as a broker. I then joined MA Risk Solutions Insurance Broking as the Professional Indemnity Manager. MA Risks was purchased by Coverforce in June 2013. I am now the General Manager and senior broker & client risk advisor for Intercharge. I am DIP.FIN.SERV qualified in this field. As a Risk Advisor my role involves client and underwriter liaison, client risk solutions, insurance programme development, claims management, internal technical support, product development, business development, client presentations and tender responses. As General Manager my role is also focused on operational efficiency, performance tracking, workflow allocation, industry relationships and special projects.
