As a graduate researcher in the quantum theory group at JILA, I developed and applied analytic and numerical models to understand the complex dynamical behavior of interacting quantum mechanical systems. Such models are key to enabling the next generation of precision sensing equipment and clocks, as well as emerging quantum technologies for computing and communication. In addition, I designed protocols to harness the exotic behavior of these systems to produce quantum entangled resources for enhanced measurement and sensing applications. I also worked as a team member for numerous theory-experiment collaborations to both realize these protocols, as well as informed the development of more realistic and relevant theoretical models.I am interested in bridging concepts from a variety of fields, including quantum optics, condensed matter physics, and statistical mechanics, to produce new and insight and understanding into the behavior of quantum systems. This involves the use of both tensor network and stochastic models to predict the behavior of information-theoretic quantities, such as quantum entanglement and quantum Fisher information, in quantum systems ranging from trapped ions to ultracold atoms in optical lattices and optical tweezer arrays.

As a volunteer EMT, I provided patient care and EMS services to the Princeton township and surrounding county.

As a student supervisor, I managed staffing for the video library and oversaw training for new hires.

As a student employee at the Princeton University Library, I helped maintain the university video collection and assisted patrons with digitizing services.
