Technology Senior Recruiter - Cybersecurity
Current•Responsible for the identification, screening, and recruitment of professionals within Wells Fargo Technology supporting Information Security•Responsible for consulting with hiring managers to identify talent needs, determine hiring strategy and post open requisitions to hire top talent•Cultivate relationships with human resource partners and technology leaders to influence recruiting strategies, train on new recruiting processes, and drive towards consistency and compliance •Consult with internal and external talent to attract strong technology professionals and support a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process •Consult and coach internal team members on resume, interview skills and industry trends•Utilized applicant tracking system to review requisitions and disposition candidates in a consistent and timely manner•Utilize Microsoft Excel, online recruiting, Workforce Analytics, LinkedIn and TACT for daily operations to ensure organization of candidate’s information, job requisitions, and scheduling •Coach leadership on interviewing best practices, complex compensation plans for new hires and Wells Fargo HR processes to ensure consistency and compliance•Educate leaders on affirmative action goals and ways to increase diversity within the organization•Knowledge and experience with the Wells Fargo end to end recruiting process and responsible for managing a multitude of job requisitions
