Several unit level awards presented to the support teams for the provision of outstanding support.● Devised and implemented solutions to correct time sensitive critical support gaps resulting in the successful execution of large-scale national military training events.● Identified and corrected significant SAP transactional errors resulting in the lowest system error rate and materiel discrepancy rate amongst Western Canadian military units. ● Executed the integration of SAP Software, empowered soldiers with ongoing training and coaching leading to improved materiel accountability and mission support.● Championed unit workplace safety procedures and developed a safety conscious culture as a unit safety committee chairperson, improved reporting, reduced injury frequency and severity.
