I am a business professional and leader with extensive commercial and operational experience in the biotechnology space. My most recent position involved managing all aspects of a seven figure custom service business within a large worldwide corporation. I worked extensively with commercial teams to formulate strategic plans, market the service business, provide comprehensive training, close sales and manage the supply chain. I led a team of project managers to connect with customers, determine their specific needs and guide them through the complete process. Operationally, I ensured laboratory personnel and vendors delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality specifications. Responsibilities also included tracking performance, managing risk, presentation to leadership and continuous improvement efforts. I also volunteered to lead the site safety team, interacting with all departments to ensure that safety was always top of mind. I have an extensive scientific background that includes molecular and cellular immunology as well as design and development of antibodies.
