    As Incident Recovery Specialist (Shift Lead) for Ernst and Young LLP, I have been accountable for the identification and coordination of major incidents in accordance with the firms aligned incident process. I assess incoming incidents by reviewing the information available then liaise with a wider multi-disciplinary team through conference calls or Skype to determine priority/severity level and the current impact the incident has on the business. This has been a challenging yet rewarding position and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my team to achieve our mutual and individual goals.
