Served as liaison between Marist College and the then 20,000-member alumni association. Was responsible for the development/implementation of alumni events designed to support and encourage participation in the Marist Annual Fund. Oversaw and maintained Office of College Advancement website and assisted in the publication of the Marist College Magazine. Planned and promoted regional events to encourage alumni networking.

Primary Sports Information contact for Baseball, Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field, Women's Volleyball, and Women's Soccer. Assisted in publicizing remaining 14 Intercollegiate Division I sports, while overseeing a student staff of eight undergraduates. Responsible for day-to-day press releases and statistical updates as well as the production and editing of media guides. Wrote feature articles for Men’s Basketball Game Program.
