Sean Pallatroni (b. Oct 1987) is an EMMY® Award Winning composer living in New York City. He has studied performing arts at the Derryfield School in Manchester NH under the direction of Laurel Devino, completed his undergraduate degree in Music Composition at the Hartt School (University of Hartford) and received his MFA in 2019 from the Tisch School of the Arts (New York University). Sean has written for musical theatre, classical chamber ensembles, jazz ensembles, choir, and orchestra. He has had shows at NYMF, He has also musically directed over 30 shows in the southern New Hampshire, Connecticut, and New York. Sean has also been a music teacher for over almost 10 years, specializing in choir, band, musical theatre, music theory, ear training, music history, music technology, and private piano/voice lessons.Sean is the winner of a 2012 regional EMMY® Award for his work with Connecticut Public Television, the winner of the 2010 Alabama Orchestra Association composition competition, and the Hartt School's Edward Diamente Award for distinguished undergraduate composition.
