• Oversee resolution of all operational critical issues involving any department, service provider and/or governmental agency; Escalate operational critical issues to senior leadership.• Monitor pre-arrival, arrival, ground-servicing, and departure activities; sets operational priorities, with an emphasis on decisions towards safety, security, reliability, voice of customers (internal/external) and business.• Manage staffing adjustments for Gate & Zone Managers; Champion & lead SOC management/salaried employee development, coaching and training.• Manage IRROPs strategic planning and communication; Funnel ops critical communication to station senior leadership across all divisions.• Maintain, analyze, and communicate operational performance metrics as they relate to quality customer service, market focus, DOT performance and strategic initiatives.• Partner with Network Operations Center Duty Directors to address system and local issues that have a significant impact to safety, security, employees, customer and baggage handling, aircraft scheduling, facility, and field conditions.• Serve as stations primary GSC (Ground Security Coordinator) and Emergency Response Plan Coordinator• Foresee future challenges and communicate the course of action necessary in a 'Working Together' fashion to achieve both station and enterprise objectives.• Plan for and support future flight activity; Coordinate station planning activities to ensure all airport departments have the information to plan, prepare and make the necessary adjustments to support changes to future flight schedules and operations.• Maintain and disseminate daily station master operations logs to station leadership

Manifest requirements and recommendations.
