This includes unsecured/cashflow led loans, commercial mortgages, fund finance, asset backed lending, accordions and revolving credit facilities.We lend to corporate businesses, owner-managed companies and sponsor backed companies primarily for:• MBOs/MBIs/Buy and Build strategies• Acquisitions• Refinancing• Public to private• Recapitalisation• Secondary and tertiary sponsor transactions• Growth and working capital, including cashflow lending.As a relationship led proposition, we strive to build rapport with business owners/borrowers and develop a full understanding of their needs for both today and the longer term.

Responsible for new business generation in the Central and East Midlands area for the UK's largest asset finance company. Working with £5m+ turnover businesses structuring finance and leasing solutions including hire purchase, lease purchase, operating lease, technology leasing & contract hire amongst others. Undertaking detailed analysis on connection credit worthiness concentration on serviceability, security, cash-flow analysis, sensitivity analysis, as well as reviewing non financial information.

Working within the NatWest Automotive Retail Team I managed a portfolio of multi-site, multi-branded retailers. I took pride in understanding the sector and its unique retailer/manufacturer dynamic, which allowed me to better serve my customers and their financial/banking needs.

I joined RBS immediately after completing my A-Levels and in this time I have undertaken many roles in varied departments and divisions and sectors of the bank. I have experience with the bank's Retail, Property, Commercial and Corporate and Institutional Banking divisions.
