Hired to define and implement business operations strategy, structure, and processes for the US entity. Build and lead the US organization - hire, train and develop employees, create innovative and supportive work environment. Oversee daily operations and ensure operational excellence. Responsible for annual and quarterly planning, budgeting and P&L. Ensure the company meets regulatory and compliance demands on technical and operational level.

I seized the opportunity to join leadership of the U.S. divisional startup of France-based company, with 400 staff and operations in China and Japan. Have built fully operational repair facility to support a fleet of 4K robots, in six months. Establish customer support program and call center. Direct daily operations, deployment, inventory, logistics, service and repairs for North and South American customers. Manage direct staff of 5, indirect staff of 20 and $20M budget.
