Recruited, hired, and trained top-flight engineers. Performed and guided highly technical engineering functions such as embedded hardware and software design of avionics and flight control systems, electric propulsion, electric storage systems, and actuator design. Coordinated avionics requirements gathering and architecture development. Functioned as technical lead for avionics and flight control systems vendors. Performed system safety and functional hazard assessments of embedded systems.
