As a Director of Life & Workforce Readiness for the largest youth facing organization in the world while working in a national role as an intermediary, I am responsible for collaborating with local clubs to support them in developing and implementing their strategic plan in Life & Workforce Readiness. I design and lead networks of senior leaders in clubs toward best practices as defined by current data on workforce readiness. I collaborate with national partners to partner with local clubs for advanced opportunities in workforce readiness for teens and young adults.

I work alongside practitioners who are dedicated to empowering others, providing an opportunity, creating a pipeline for success in the area of workforce development for youth and adults. I am committed to assisting those who want to assist others to live out their full potential.

I am the program manager for the Impact Program. I recruit and train prospective interns in the area of workforce development in partnership with the Department of Social Services and the Mayor's Office of Employment Development. I manage grants, assist with job placement and coach, train and guide incumbent general services employees.

Facilitated attitudinal training, resume development, coach and mentor clients, Trained in interviewing skills and networking training using the Therapeutic community model. This is accomplished by using various teaching and facilitation methods relevant to today's adult learner.

Develops partnerships to establish training for graduates. Facilitates training for trainers to understand and implement attitudinal model. Supervise training in the Economic Success department. Recruit members for occupational skills pipelines.

Managed the medical assistant department at the school. Instructed students in front and back office skills, supervised other instructors to include evaluations, maintained the inventory of supplies and ensured we were OSHA compliant.

Instructed students in Front and Back office skills. Facilitated soft skills training, and was able to keep an extremely high retention rate. Awarded employee of the month, and promoted to Associate Director of Student Services because of the great relationships formed with students.
