As a sophomore at Cornell University majoring in Industrial and Labor Relations, I study the intersection of economics, law, psychology, statistics, and history. I’ve spent the past three summers at the Onondaga County Water Authority, where my work spanned from cold-calling residents to collecting and managing vital data relative to the area’s watershed. As a recent HR intern, I honed my research skills by studying and analyzing state and federal labor laws, and communicated these with management to ensure client compliance. My core competencies include effective communication and critical thinking skills to ensure a positive impact in the workplace. I am highly motivated and interested in pursuing internships/careers in finance and consulting. Feel free to reach me at spr74@cornell.edu.
