Working alongside the Laboratory Manager to improve aspects throughout all the laboratory quality systems, auditing staff, checking reports and liaising with Engineers on a regular basis.

Working through the ranks for the last 10+ years in the geotechnical industry I have achieved the goal I set myself of becoming a Laboratory Manager. In this time i have specialised in liasing with clients for all geotechnical needs and giving out information to help towards their targets or testing requirements for factual reports. Day to day running of the laboratory, checking of test results. Auditing of lab technicians along with running and maintaining a UKAS accredited lab.At PSL Ltd we offer an extensive range of geotechnical testing, we also have great relationships with other labs across the country to make sure that every concievable test requirement can be carried out.

Taking charge of Permeability testing with the addition of Shearboxes in 2013 along with Rock/Concrete Testing. Effective Stress as now been added which i over see, along with a new senior technician.

Signing off reports, dealing with clients and training technicians. Doing a variety of geotech testing, Compactions, Atterbergs, Sieves etc Also had input in gaining UKAS Accreditation.
