Mr. Sands has more than twenty years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. He is a Managing Director at Navigant Capital Advisors and responsible for leading NCA’s investment banking activities in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Sands provides senior level advisory services to publicly-traded companies and family-owned businesses seeking to complete mergers and acquisitions or raise debt or equity capital. Mr. Sands has completed more than forty(40) M&A transactions as a senior advisor with a total transaction value in excess of $2 billion. He has also raised capital in excess of $1.5 billion for public and privately-held companies through private placements of debt and loan syndications. Mr. Sands has represented several publicly-traded companies including InfraSource Services, Inc., ClearPoint Business Resources, P&O Nedlloyd, Vosper Thornycroft and Enbridge. He has completed several cross-border transactions as well as a reverse merger with a SPAC.
