Provide leadership and oversight for Office of Revenue & Recovery programs (4 divisions, 6 locations, 99 FTE) with emphasis/focus on attracting and developing exceptional employees/talent, creation/establishment of a dynamic and trusted culture of excellence, belonging and wellbeing delivering superior quality customer service and achievement of the highest levels of performance/results, service, satisfaction and engagement.

Promoted to this newly created position in the newly established Department of Administration (consolidation of Accounting, Administrative/Business Services, Budget, Collections, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Purchasing, and Risk Management into a newly formed/stood up department). Significant experience with innovation, development, championing and successful implementation/achievement of major initiatives, capital projects, technology, systems and public private partnerships.

Stood up/established the Waukesha County Collection Division internal service fund function/operation after being selected as Waukesha County's 1st Collections Manager following an internal audit review and report. This operation is a recognized National Public Sector Best Practice/Best of Breed organization.

Founder/Owner of this soccer club which started with 2 teams and grew to 17 teams and over 300 players. Strong representation in Wisconsin's highest level soccer leagues for boys and girls (Premier and First).
