ReEvolution Farmstead (FB&Instagram) specializes in blending urban agriculture, hydro/aquaponics, microgreens, murshrooms, freeze drying, and Educational off-campus classroom opportunities to our local school systems and community both on our soil farm and our new indoor, vertical grow facility.We have aspirations of reaching 3 full scale commercial green houses hosting aquaponic and hydroponic produce production systems in addition to our 2023 plans for goats and quail while expanding our chicken and duck flocks.We currently focus on commercial restaurant and institutional sales and hope to grow into wholesale and grocery store distribution.

CCW was started after I found success making and then selling woodworking projects I had completed in my own time. Eventually, though self-education and training from a local business owner, I formed PLC, specializing in laser cutting/engraving and limited CNC 3+ axis carving. With continued interest in my work, I began bidding and completing custom work requests.-Solicit, design, bid, and complete furniture and casework projects for both consumer and commercial clients on-time with client satisfaction.-Source project materials and maintain inventory of shop supplies including lumber, sheet goods, acrylics, glass, fabrication supplies, finishing supplies, and tooling while maintaining properly operating and accurate machinery-Utilize a complete inventory of shop tools and equipment (including other local shop equipment) to fabricate and construct projects including boring machine, milling machine, shaper, overhead sander, spray booth, laser machine, and CNC carving machine.-Self-taught and purchased Coral X6 graphics software program to effectively design projects prior to machining.

-Lead bottom hand (prepare, rig, and raise tower and RF cable/components) gin pole dual drum winch operator and lull operator.-Crew top hand (stacking tower sections, Installing booms and components, installing RF transmission cable and antenna components topside and in equipment shelter). -Rope access tech 1 experienced-Crane Operations Rigger and top-side Connector.-Experienced on self supports to 400’, guyed towers to 700’, and monopoles to 200’-Crew Supervisor on tower inspection deployments-Demonstrate knowledge gained over time, resource past experience, coach and train new employees, and fulfil crew lead responsibilities when a supervisor or project manager is unavailable. Provided -assistance and advice to crew supervisor as senior technician.-Responsible for utilizing LULL and Crane operations to unload and stage tower supplies/tower sections and inspecting for damage and inventorying components to shipping manifest and project SOW.

URE is a subsidiary of Tower Technologies that specializes in Renewable Energy installations. Employees work for both companies utilizing the knowledge, skills, and training common and unique to both companies to maximize performance on both types of projects.
