Sean Schultz joined Life Line Screening in late 2014, working closely with its Founders to transition leadership, infuse new ideas, and more clearly define the company's role in healthcare. Recent initiatives have driven growth through new screening services, a membership program, and a Research division. The modernization of its digital platform has enhanced consumer access, created affordability for a more diverse group, facilitates research, and supports clinical trials. The culmination of these efforts resulted in the sale of the company in late 2021 and significant value creation for its shareholders.Schultz previously worked for Lincare (LNCR), leading sales and operations of a multitude of businesses. He was a key leader helping drive the company’s growth from $350M to $2B in revenues resulting in a take private sale. This included a significant breadth of products and services covering Lincare’s core brick and mortar sites, direct to consumer, business to business, acquisitions, and denovo starts. He is a creative thinker and disciplined operator who rapidly grew top and bottom P & L lines. After Lincare, Schultz consulted with the Cleveland Clinic Innovations group, evaluating the market viability of new products and service offerings. Educated as a Respiratory Therapist, his experience in acute, sub-acute, and home settings gives him an intimate understanding of meeting the needs of patients, physicians, and payers alike.
