Manage Houston office of international consulting company focused on commercial, strategic, and technical due diligence in the energy industry. Conduct due diligence on transactions in areas including both service (pressure pumping, offshore construction and logistics, midstream construction, downhole tools, E&P, artificial lift, and subsea) and E&P. Assist companies and investors with pre and post transaction strategy development and implementation. Development and testing of investment theses and investment target identification. Also led projects focused on identifying markets for new technologies, go to market strategies for assets, new market entrance for suppliers, asset replacement cost analyses, and general strategy development in sectors included marine construction, tubulars, repair and maintenance, subsea equipment, floating production, fabrication and others. Conducted economic impacts studies on topics ranging from well control regulations, the drilling moratorium, and access to new areas. Presented findings to bodies including House and Senate committees, and federal (BSEE) and state regulatory bodies.

Assisted with data gathering, analysis, and forecasting for subscription projects related to the offshore oil and gas industry.
