August 19, 2023 My name is Sean Sinclair, and I am currently the Modifiers Superintendent for the Trinseo site here in Bristol, PA. I began my career at Arkema in August 2010, and we were purchased by Trinseo in May of 2021. I worked as a PM-1 Chemical Process operator for 4 years, then I took a position as a temporary supervisor from 2014 to 2016, then I was the production scheduler and training coordinator from October 2016 until this March, and I have been in my current role since July. Prior to Arkema I worked in various roles across a few industries. I have had a Class A CDL since I was 19 years old and drove a variety of different vehicles such as articulated dump truck; water truck; dump truck; boom truck; concrete truck; roll-off truck. I also have my Heavy Equipment certification and I am qualified to operate many varieties of construction/production equipment. I have a good background in Steel manufacturing and worked at a steel tubing plant operating forklift, cranes and also a forming mill where we made a wide variety of steel tubing for different applications. I also spent a little over three years in the concrete industry, first as a delivery driver on construction sites and then as the site manager and dispatcher of a concrete company in Flemington New Jersey.
