I am a certified HVAC technician though Berks Career and Technology Center. I changed my career path in 2011, and began working in the aerospace industry as an Electron Beam (EB) Furnace Operator, where I melted and refined titanium for mainly aerospace and military defense applications. In 2016, I enrolled at Alvernia University to earn my Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management. In 2017, I was promoted into a supervisor role, where I assumed responsibility for the safety, quality, and production of an EB melt shop. In 2019, I transferred to a Plasma Arc Melt (PAM) shop and our Alloy Press shop, where I oversaw operations of our PAM furnace and our raw materials press. Throughout my career, I have acquired valuable and important knowledge pertaining to workplace and employee safety, sustaining and improvement of quality and production, and business process improvement. I look forward to growing in my management career and adding value to any company that I work with.
