About Sean Squires

My name is Sean Squires. I graduated from Canadore College with a Diploma in Strength & Sports Conditioning in April 2016 and from Limerick Institute of Technology in Ireland with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Strength & Conditioning in November 2017. I've been fortunate to work with legendary coaches at the USports level at McMaster and York and after gaining practical experience in the trenches as a coach during my studies I was able to build connections in the high school strength & conditioning world and eventually the private sector as a business owner and operator and now as a Specialty Fitness Coordinator at the JCC in Vaughan. I'm excited to continue to grow and learn with other passionate individuals in the health and performance space!My passion for fitness and athletic performance stems from a long career playing sports. From football to rugby and track & field to basketball. All sports have a big impact on my lifestyle and I hope to continue to preach a healthy active lifestyle amongst the youth and help them find themselves through sports!
