I am responsible for the receipt of goods and inventory for the warehouses and/or district location. I develop methods and processes aimed at improving the execution of inventory distribution along with communicating and coordinating with various internal stakeholders including Procurement and Logistics to ensure delivery plans are carried out in a cost-effective manner. I also trouble shoot to resolve inventory execution problems when they arise.

-Keep inventory to a 27 day turn around with an average monthly balance of $12 million. This is for 2-24 hour frac crews and 6 cement crews.-Oversee the operation and maintenance of the cement bulk plant, acid mixing plant, 3 forklifts and the handling of all frac chemicals.-Manage a staff of 12 employees .-Oversee all the ordering of chemicals for the Williston Pressure Pumping District.-Manage all the waste that is returned to the yard and shipped out for disposal along with all the records.-Work with on-site HS&E personal to make sure that all Health, Safety and Enviromental controls are being followed.-Oversee the training and development of each employee.
