I have been a IT Infrastructure support engineer for 7+ years. I have a great ability to multi task and manage multiple projects at once. I'm self driven to improve my knowledge on new IT systems and skills. In the past 3 years I've learned how to troubleshoot and install small to medium business infrastructures using meraki networks and vshpere servers and other technologies.I have also learned how to support and install citrix VDA and widows terminal server environments.I'm responsible as a technical lead on multiple customers and am in direct contact with IT managers on a regular basis providing advice and support on their IT needs.
