- Responsible for completing 100% of required exercises and reporting results in accordance with CNIC guidelines to include two (2) Reliant Series and two (2) Major Series exercises annually, additionally coordinate and develop Mass Casualty Incident, Sexual Assault and Reporting (SAPR) drills, and develop Environmental Spill Incident in support of environmental related incident- Effectively monitor and manage installation civilian training with goals of achieving 100% notification and completion percentage above 70% for annual training requirements. Provide tracking and training media to complete mandatory Department of the Navy (DON) training, to include but not limited to: Cyber Awareness, Active Shooter Practical Exercise Training. Track and provide reporting on Supervisory Training for all designated Military and civilian supervisors of personnel in APF and NAF positions- Manage, coordinate and complete Planning Board for Training (PB4T) as scheduled and approved by the Executive Officer. Conduct PQS training for Installation Training Team (ITT) and submit Letters of Designation for Training Team members and leaders.

Responsible for providing overall direction for all Veteran Training programs to include staff, volunteers, and curriculum for Veterans enrolled in the Finding the Uniform and spouse program, as well as coordinating with supporting organizations that enhance our ability to serve our mission. - Additionally, accountable for all veteran-related career-prospecting behaviors, metrics, activities and efforts leading to the professional success of transitioning Veterans and spouses.

Train prior shelter dogs in obedience tasks before becoming certified as service dogs for Veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and other related issues.

Oversaw strategic, operational, and tactical plans, policies and procedures for 167 military and civilian police officers ensuring mission assurance and maximizing available forces. Including the implementation of emergency response procedures, crisis/risk management recovery and emergency action plans and standard operating procedures before, during and after three natural disasters.

Managed training program ensuring 100% mission and operational readiness while maintaining training records for 250 active duty military, reserve military and civilian police officers. Developed a comprehensive annual training curriculum, utilizing Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, focusing on Crisis Management and Anti-Terrorism requirements, including Active Shooter, Hostage situations, and natural disasters. Additionally, created and executed 17 installation-wide Force Protection exercises resulting in the command receiving a 85% during the Commander Naval Installation Command’s Final Evaluation Problem, including three best practices utilized across the entire Fleet.

Planned, prioritized and supervised daily kennel and military working dog activities for 30 Military Working Dog Teams in Narcotic and Explosive Detection at Naval Station Mayport and Naval Support Activity in Bahrain.

Provide leadership, guidance for 100 military personnel across three installations, supporting U.S. Fifth Fleet assets and 147 tenant commands, to include airport and harbor patrol units.
