Sean Hall is a well-respected Leadership Consultant, Program Manager, and Training and Development Strategist. Over the course of his career within the law enforcement, corporate training, and personal empowerment sectors, Sean has consistently demonstrated his ability to develop, manage, and evaluate large-scale programs ranging in focus from community and personal security, to tactical training, to teambuilding and transformational change. Most recently, Sean served as a Police Officer and Detective with the Phoenix Police Department where he specialized in gang-related investigations, critical incident response, public safety, and event security planning. Earlier in his career, Sean served as a Counselor and Program Director for at-risk youth organizations to include the California Youth Authority and the Los Alamos YMCA. He, additionally, contributed as a Consultant to several, nationally-recognized corporate training organizations where he created and facilitated high-profile teambuilding events for Fortune 500-level client groups. In 2009, Sean launched a new entrepreneurial venture, TRUEdge; a company that provides invaluable personal training and life coaching sessions as well as corporate trust-building events.
