Current- Working as a Chef de Partie at a fast-casual Tempura Donburi outlet on a full-time basis to further experience working in a kitchen environment and the Food & Beverage industry.
- Actively ensure specific stations and ingredients are ready to prepare lunch and dinner dishes.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures for food safety, hygiene, and quality.
- Assist in the ordering and stock control of food ingredients.
- Strive to improve guest and team satisfaction continually.
- Carry out cleaning duties and support daily operations including ordering and stock-take in the kitchen.
