Current• Working as a Chef de Partie at a fast-casual Tempura Donburi outlet on a full-time basis to further experience working in a kitchen environment and the Food & Beverage industry.• Actively ensure specific stations and ingredients are ready to prepare lunch and dinner dishes.• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures for food safety, hygiene, and quality.• Assist in the ordering and stock control of food ingredients.• Strive to improve guest and team satisfaction continually.• Carry out cleaning duties and support daily operations including ordering and stock-take in the kitchen.• Maintain good working conditions of kitchen equipment, supplies and work areas.
