Working for Blink Constructions and gaining experience with both Residential and Commercial building Management has allowed me to hone my skill set within the company. With being promoted to Operations Manager, I am tasked to manage and plan out the days for 10+ Staff members on-site. While also successfully ensuring all of our sites are running smoothly and using my extensive skill of problem solving rarely, due to carefully planned out running.
