At Accutech Machine I initiate the launch of new jobs that flow through the shop. The environment in a job shop is ever changing and requires me to wear multiple hats, from Job launch to material purchasing, customer involvement, CNC Programming, to Machine setup.

Responsible for developing existing customer relationships by communicating consistent feedback pertaining to performance, quality and problem solving . Proactively seeking new accounts to support company initiatives and growth strategy while maintaining and fostering existing accounts business relationships.Lead and direct coordination and execution of account priorities to production control. Gather and analyze competitor, industry and customer data to further help the growth of the company and the customer.

Responsible for all process-related activities which include process development, process capabilities, validation, and manufacturing supports. Implement process control and continuous process improvements to meet manufacturing objectives.Involved in the new product development stages and transition them into manufacturing upon completion. Worked closely with cross-functional teams and focus on identifying opportunities and solutions to improve quality, throughput capacity and overall manufacturing.Responsibilities:Apply knowledge of relevant engineering discipline to drive continuous improvement to increase production up-time and capacity, reducing scrap, and implement cost reduction initiatives for manufacturing processes.Assist in creating and updating manufacturing SOPs/Procedures.Provide training to manufacturing personnel.Seek and implement process improvements within manufacturing with ROI justification.Identify requirements for optimum production runs and troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing and line performance issues.Leverage knowledge of product costs and drivers and Design to Value concepts to effectively participate in cross-functional teams pursuing product cost improvement initiatives.Effectively interface with other engineering disciplines such as Automation Development engineering, Consumable Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering to facilitate new product into manufacturing.Develop and deliver oral and written communications around manufacturing improvement projects.Initiate an analytical approach to problem solving with familiarity with FDA and GMP.Understanding of financial processes (standard cost development) and business planning.In-depth understanding of production and quality control techniques (such as CFM and TQM).
