Work situations all depend on the morale throughout the office. My motivations are based upon good morale. I complete what is necessary before I complete things with personal thoughts in mind, my motivations, however, are the best when the company atmosphere is at an all-time high. The company atmosphere allows me to feed off of others' happiness and motivation, as well as help others, become happy and motivated. Finance allows professions to help others achieve their financial stability and success by using their experiences and schooling to guide them. Pursuing a financial career path helps me understand global stock, bond, and statistical trends in most economies, which then allows me to financially assist others. Financial counseling and stock guiding are just a couple of talents that come naturally to me through hands-on learning. My experiences with past financial troubles have prepared me to pursue a career where I can utilize my knowledge in financial stability and allow others to achieve this. My career goal after college is to become a financial advisor to either better a company, or by helping those with unfortunate finances achieve a better life. A career centered around assisting people to better their finances so they can succeed is my dream.
