Loss Prevention, Inventory Management, Merchandising Standards, Shrink Analysis, Policy and Procedure Standards, Store and Warehouse Operations.

Currently covering 12 stores in the BC and Alberta Markets. Conduct LP/Operational audits, store meetings, conference calls, training and education sessions. Security and surveillance on all LP issues within stores. Monitoring and set-up of CCTV systems, Alarm systems. Recoveries and Apprehension for external theft. ORC and Fraud investigations. Conduct daily and weekly reports on shrink reduction action plans with DMs and Managers. Establish Police contacts for information sharing. Planning and operational execution for new store openings. Internal investigations and interviews; certified in Wicklander and Zulawski interviewing techniques.

Currently conduct investigations on over 400 locations in the Vancouver, BC area (which includes 6 different types of audits, surveillance, and mystery shops) with a team of four individuals; the investigations concentrate on loss of revenue, misconduct of policies and procedures, and fraudulent activity.
