• Responsible for selling and promoting UCC portfolio of products and services to new and existing independent customers, across London and South East• Looks after own portfolio of 385 independent clients • Achieve quarterly KPI targets by identifying and securing both long term and short term business opportunities, whilst maintaining coffee quality and a customer focused service• Managing busy diary and planning daily meetings• Presenting services and products to potential clients• Customer account management• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the whole of London & South East• Regular market research• Networking/building relationships• Target driven• Generating sales leads/responding to inbound leads• Presenting quotes and sales packages• Training on coffee quality and equipment operations to staff on 1-2-1 and group sessions• Problem solving and equipment phone fixing• Self generates leads• Provides ongoing training and account management services to all new and existing clients
