Facility Maintenance Supervisor
•Manage facility maintenance operations, including supervision of assigned full time staff and overseeing service contractors.•Maintain effective communication with building managers and coordinate facility work with site operational needs.•Oversee functional operation and maintenance performed on all building mechanical systems including hvac, electrical, plumbing, and life safety at multiple facilities including LEED Platinum forensic science laboratory and LEED Gold 2N emergency communications building that houses a 4000sf, tier 3 data center.•Schedule work requests and preventive maintenance tasks via integrated workplace management system. Perform creations, editing, and report generations in order to assess operational progress and efficiency. •Daily monitor and operate facility mechanical systems through energy management system (Johnson Controls, Alerton, & Automated Logic).•Analyze facility performance through Talisen data analytics and fault detection system.•Operate, monitor, and oversee vendor service contracts including emergency generators, electrical systems, chillers and other hvac systems, fire systems, security access systems, pneumatic systems, site interior and exterior structure and furnishings, site pavement, grounds, and more.•Maintain and update maintenance schedules, as-built drawings, and O&M's. Regular use of Bluebeam Revu pdf editing software. •Trained in first aid, CPR, arc flash, confined space entry, blood borne pathogens, SDS management and more. Conduct weekly safety training.•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. •Oversee purchasing of tools and equipment, invoice payments, and record expenditures.•Oversee snow removal operations.
