•Provide key support to the Director for meetings with clients including the preparation of Search Strategies, Source Environments and Market Maps.•Attend Client meetings in support.•Take ownership in preparing Engagement Letters, Position Profiles, Candidate summaries, position advertisements, Candidate reports and compiling Client status reports with priority on quality and accuracy.•Conduct extensive identification, sourcing & referencing of Candidates related to fdu’s recruitment models, including:•Actively profiling & approaching potential, current and future Candidates.•Desk (Database, Internet, Bloomberg, magazines & newspapers etc.) & telephone-based research.•Assess and interview Candidates and present a long list to the Director for assignments.•Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with Senior-level Candidates, through exceptional levels of customer service and an honest and transparent approach.•Track Client activity and Candidate status throughout the lifecycle of a relationship with a Client and / or a search process.•Work closely with Clients to make arrangements for Candidate interviews.•Presenting Candidates to Clients and advising them as to their next most appropriate course of action relating to process, decision making and hiring.•Ensuring a consistently high level of Information Management and Control of database information.
