Alliance MFG Software 6/95 to 5/98~National Account Manager/Sales EngineerResponsible for sales, opening and closing warm and cold leads in a 30-90 day sales cycle. Formally trained on ERP/MRP solutions for small to medium sized manufacturing companies. Developed an extensive understanding of the technical aspects involved in MRP/ERP implementations. This includes SQL, Oracle, a general understanding of C++, Foxpro, Win95/98, UNIX and its variants. The MFG software we implemented also had to integrate with a variety of financial software applications like Great Plains, PeopleSoft and BAAN. Developed an understanding of those applications and an affinity for the technical aspects of how the products worked. It was this interest that gave me the opportunity to move into a more technical role as a Sales Engineer.
