UK project lead (based in customer premises) of US based project team contracted to supply automated people mover system for new Heathrow Terminal 5 construction

Management of multiple simultaneous customer implementation projects, including full budgetary and resource control, direct liaison with important customers

Management of migration and cut-over of services from leased fibre onto company owned dark fibre, improving service reliability and reducing overheads

Project management of 1 Terabit pan-European fibre optic network construction, using the latest DWDM, SDH and IP technologies, with integrated OSS/DCN transport layer

Project Management/Scheduling personnel services, seconded to main systems contractor for new Kuala Lumpur International Airport construction.

Full project scheduling and reporting responsibility for 3 major airport systems projects simultaneously, including line management of two trainees.
