Following my graduation with a business management degree from Marshall University, I embarked on a rewarding journey within the carpenter's union in St. Louis, Missouri, where I refined my craft in residential housing under a prominent general contractor. Traveling across the country to pursue my construction aspirations eventually led me to settle in Omaha, Nebraska, where I thrived as a Senior Project Manager in the commercial construction sector.In my career, I have successfully managed construction projects exceeding $400M, demonstrating proficiency in preconstruction and estimating that secured over $300M in hard bids and negotiated work totaling more than $250M. My expertise spans various commercial market segments, including Food & Beverage, Cold Storage, Industrial, Multifamily, Hospitality, Retail, and more.
