Responsible for the athletic and academic success of up to forty student-athletes. I continuously worked with each young adult to make the most impact on the individual’s success. This was done by identifying each player’s individual learning style and tailoring my lessons to empower, engage, and reward each student-athlete. I provided leadership and mentoring to student-athletes so they may conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with all university rules and NCAA regulations.I was responsible for identifying and attracting program specific student-athletes to the university. It was my responsibility to build relationships with high school and club coaches, prospective student-athletes and their families.
