As the Donor and Events Manager, my number one goal is to connect with our donors. By doing so, I learn more about what drives them to give and work with them so that their support makes the greatest impact.Responsibilities: • Manages donor relationship events including the Night of a Thousand Lights benefit and three Reason to Hope awareness breakfasts. • Created and executes the chapter’s stewardship plan for intermediate donors ($1,000 - $9,999).

I had the pleasure of working with the site’s diverse group of nearly 1,300 staff members. My role was employee driven, focused on recognition, communications and community engagement. Responsibilities: • Acted as a liaison between the site President’s office and the its 1,300 employees. • Created and managed the Intranet site, an internal website that allowed employees to receive more concise and up-to-date communications about site and corporate news. • Worked with community organizations to provide employees with volunteer opportunities that they were passionate about. • Coordinated onsite events with both internal and external constituents, including quarterly Town Halls. Additionally I was responsible for all Audio/Visual needs and coordinating with ARAMARK for all catering needs. • Worked with site activities teams and recognition committees to represent the President’s office.

I started as an intern at Opportunity Village and held several positions during my tenure including Resource Development Coordinator, Volunteer Manager, Donor Relations Manager and finally, Special Events Fundraiser and Project Manager.Responsibilities: • Managed several signature events, most notably the record-breaking Las Vegas Great Santa Run and the Camelot at the Magical Forest gala. • Was the staff lead for the organization’s women’s council. • Spoke at community events, gave high-profile tours of the campus and acted as an advocate for Opportunity Village.
