Schneider Electric is leading the Digital Transformation of Energy Management and Automation in Homes, Buildings, Data Centres, Infrastructure and Industries.As the Regional Marketing Manager of the United Kingdom & Ireland and Nordics & Baltics regions, my role is to build and operate the marketing strategy and marketing communication plans across Cloud and Service Providers, IT end users, IT channel and electrical channels.

As Channel Marketing Manager, I was responsible for the Electrician Programme in the UK&I, leveraging our digital capabilities and sales network to drive customer loyalty. I am passionate about driving digital transformation. It was my objective to manage our community of electricians effectively across multiple platforms to deliver an excellent customer experience, focusing on thought leadership and training to develop, up-skills and support a network of 20,000 Schneider Electrician Partners.

As Brand Manager I was responsible for developing an innovative and commercially focused approach to marketing RS Pro - to deliver market share growth in Northern Europe and Emerging Markets. Working in close partnership with external agencies and the Head of Brand Creative - RS Pro, I was responsible for the execution of content and communications across all the markets, ensuring that all assets and content created are in line with the brand guidelines, business strategy and are relevant. Acting as the RS Pro brand champion for Northern Europe this role also supported Emerging Markets with brand awareness and promotional campaigns run by channel partners in those markets.

Primary objective to drive, influence and gain share of mind for RS Pro, with RS Pro channel partners, resulting in continued sales growth, market share growth and greater top of mind awareness.As Channel Marketing Manager, key responsibilities included the creation of marketing and sales assets that help make RS Pro, the Electrocomponents private label brand, more visible and accessible through channel partners, while reinforcing the brand identity in order to make existing and new customers engaged with RS Pro.

Responsibilities included assisting in the development of the strategic marketing plan for RS Pro focused on the immediate, medium and long term vision using insight to support markets and identify opportunities within industries and technologies to help deliver growth targets. Acting as an innovator for RS Pro by identifying and delivering new solutions, tools and applications to drive growth for RS Pro, using the creation of rich content to communicate to our channels and customers.

Responsible for implementing and co-ordinating marketing activities, including; through the line communications, marketing research, planning, measurement, online relationship, search engine marketing, digital media and e-commerce.
