I’m a passionate believer of being active in the workplace. I find growth most achievable when pushing my limits and I refuse a route of passivity. Simply completing a task or overcoming a challenge is not enough. I find that exceeding the expectations of what is required is infinitely more beneficial to both a company’s expansion and the advancement of my own skills in the field. I’m very open to change and am always eager to learn something new. Optimizing time spent is the number one priority for me in sales so I’m constantly devising new methods of maximizing efficiency. I do so by creating fresh solutions to problems for customers and co-workers, regularly utilizing data to make informed and profit-driven decisions, and building relationships that are as authentic as they are financially beneficial.I’m currently interning at Engineered Power Products, Inc., a manufacturer’s representation agency in the electric utility industry, and working in sales at Matt’s Uniques, an ecommerce retailer with an emphasis on procuring and repairing furniture, technology, and antiques. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a minor in Economics at Florida Atlantic University. As a result, I’ve acquired experience in Excel with financial projection and modeling (use of standard data tables, charts, graphs, and some pivot tables) concerning income statements and balance sheets and I've utilized sensitivity, scenario, and what-if analyses. I also gained skills in Stata/ IC (a statistics data analysis software) where I analyzed simple and multiple regression models on time-series and panel data sets to draw rational conclusions on trends between data variables. I’m most fascinated by volatile market movements in the consumer discretionary sector as the economy heads towards a potential downturn but other sectors I’m also primarily interested in and have experience investing in are real estate, technology, energy, and consumer staples. I’m eager to work diligently as a full-time analyst for a firm that shares some of those interests and one that agrees with my general philosophy on the value of a company and its employees progressing together.
