Support data-informed evaluation and decision-making throughout the organization, including data analysis, reporting, and training. Establish and maintain data warehouse of performance metrics and other pertinent data for staff use. Led Lean process improvement efforts at library in support of citywide initiative. Participate in strategic planning, budgeting process, and development of operational goal setting.

Established new department at Central Library, responsible for adult circulating print collection and roving reference over three floors. Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating eight staff, one work-study, and two regular volunteers. Developed system-wide best practices for roving reference and collection maintenance. Collaborated with other Central public service departments to gather collection feedback and develop referral procedures. Coordinated a major collection shift project that required the reorganization and movement of more than 600,000 items, while maintaining customer access.

Led $3.9 million RFID conversion project, using existing staff and volunteers to tag over 2 million circulating library items. Developed process and delivered training for all participants, as well as coordinated scheduling of over 15,000 staff hours.

Provided on-call reference librarian support to branches and departments throughout the library system, including advisory services, circulation support, and collection maintenance, as needed.

Prepared library materials for customer use, including adding appropriate spine labels and protective covers, as well as entering items into the integrated library system (ILS) for inventory control.
