- Manage and work closely with Amendment BSAs who are responsible for scheduled changes as change owners, BSA-led validation, Build Verification Testing among other tasks, ensuring they deliver against set objectives and timelines as per the client requirements.- Mentor, train, provide support and resources to the Amendment BSAs to ensure they are adequately equipped and skilled to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders while adhering to the process outlined SOPS/Wis.- Escalate scope changes as well as timeline changes to the Accounts team and Portfolio respectively to ensure costs and timelines are managed appropriately.- Assisting with scoping and Change Impact Review processes as well as design and technical support to the Amendment BSAs.- Participating in Amendment initiatives and process improvements while monitoring trends to identify opportunities as well as gaps.- Monitor and evaluate Amendment BSAs performance as per the set essential functions and holding regular development plan meetings to assess current development state and mapping specific actions that are needed to get the BSA to the desired state.
