I am a sophomore majoring in Accounting/Finance in the Leeds Business School at the University of Colorado Boulder. I intend to pursue my CPA certification following my undergraduate education. Thoroughness and observation are two of my most valuable traits. Any task I am assigned will be completed with due diligence. I developed this skill during my summer job at my local marina. My boss would not accept a mediocre job when it came to cleaning boats, work shops, or even bathrooms. Observation is something that helps me in doing a sufficient job because I'm able to recognize small details to make sure there are no weak links in my performance. Through my experience exhausting myself through many days of cleaning and aiding customers, I have developed skills that I can apply to my educational and professional career.
