Oversee the operations of all front end associates. Ensuring daily safety, associate training is current, and friendly customer service.

• Developed Children’s Ministry Program for Nursery -5th Grade. Continued to evaluate and prepare curriculum and supplements to ensure meeting needs of children and families.• Responsible for creating an annual budget and calendar planning for all Children’s Ministry activities.• Oversaw 170 paid and volunteer staff. Included scheduling paid childcare workers for Nursery staff to cover during special event programming.• Created and maintained policies / procedures for Children’s Ministry including created / updated on a yearly basis: Leaders Application, (w/ background checks), Parent Handbook and Children’s Ministry Leader Guide.• Created a training program for all Children’s Ministry Leaders• Communication with Leaders (weekly email/phone call & monthly meeting), and Parents / Families, (weekly emails/ phone calls, and a monthly newsletter)• Created & Maintained Children’s Ministry portion of Church website.• Organized and oversaw annual special events such as VBS, Easter Egg Hunt, July 4th Parade, and Trunk or Treat, as well as other family focused events / training classes.• Developed and implemented various family programs, including Family Fun Fridays, Daddy/Daughter & Mother/Son Nights, Family Christmas events (Gingerbread House decorating contest), Family Christmas Eve Service and Second Saturday Date Nights.• Oversaw promotional material & publications, including newspaper ads, banners/signage and website promotions.• Woreds closely with the Student pastor in attempting to create smooth transitions for Elementary to Middle school.• Planned and promoted Monthly Service Projects

My responsibilities included the following: Taking products and conducting a variety of measurements tests to verify the deminsional accuracy; taking a written procedure and following it through until completion to make sure they are being followed through completion, making sure there are no loops or deadends in the process. Many of these roles fell under QS9000.
