With over 18 years of experience in the roofing industry, I am currently the Director of Communications at Bigham Taylor Roofing Corp, where I oversee the internal and external communication strategies. I was previously the Vice President at Summit Roofing Services, where I managed the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments and processed weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees. I hold a Business Management Certificate from Sacramento City College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema from my time at San Francisco State University.I have developed and implemented effective communication plans, policies, and materials for various stakeholders, including employees, clients, vendors, and media. I have also managed multiple purchasing projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with contracts and regulations. I have a strong background in payroll and document management, using various software and tools to streamline and organize the data and records.I am passionate about delivering excellent service and value to our customers and partners, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within our team and organization.
