Competing with nearly a dozen offices, our team of 20 representatives became the second highest-producing office and cumulatively generated over one-million dollars in revenue.

Sold residential pest-control contracts over a four-month summer and became the number one producing rookie representative in the office, the number three rookie representative in company history, and completed the summer in the top fifteen of all company representatives for 2016 by generating over $135,000 in revenue and 250 individual customer accounts.

At East Valley Naturopathic Doctors, I became the face of the company. I was the first and last face that each patient would see. Therefore, my first responsibility was to handle each and every interaction with the utmost care. Providing optimal customer support, I coordinated explanations of treatments between the doctors and patients, handled questions using my extensive knowledge of the supplements and medications we offered, and tactfully managed the schedule of four doctors.

I assisted a young man with Autism in developing life skills necessary to live on his own.

I was responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls relating to non-profit organizations. I would effectively disseminate information and persuade individuals to provide tax-deductible donations. Additionally, I would handle transactions, strategically resolve concerns, and integrate practical communication theories.
