As the Marketing Communications Manager, my responsibilities are to develop and deliver creative campaigns using suitable methods of marketing communications, both digitally and physically, whilst maintaining the business’ brand and message, helping to grow the business and strengthen relationships with customers and clients. This includes the businesses advertising materials at events where I am responsible for choosing the best advertising product as well as designing the content, making sure it is suited to the event. Packaging design has become major aspect of my role, with the company choosing to produce more in-house products. I have strong relationships with external manufacturers who I liaise with to produce products that are professional and cater towards the target audience. I also manage and maintain the social media, delivering engaging content for internal members to use, and creating and providing analytic reports. I produce reports on the store's online activity, allowing me to deliver feedback to help improve and praise. I use email marketing to create campaigns for current and old customers, promoting products and delivering key information. My website responsibilities have increased, where I now have the ability to change the website visually to make the users experience better. The business changed to a more modern online management system, in which I had a say on majority of aspects.

With my new knowledge in Digital Marketing, my job is now not just to create advertising graphics for print, it is also to assist and create content for the staff members who manage the 15 store Facebook pages for eCloud. This has lead to efficiency allowing me to have freedom to focus on many areas in the business, setting myself tasks to help further the business digitally as well as undertaking tasks set by the directors and other staff members. I used Facebook and Google analytics to help identify what was working on social media, and what wasn't. I also started to have some involvement with the business' website; maintaining it to keep up to date with the business. The website became a very important part of the business during the initial Covid phase, which saw my involvement increase. Email marketing was also introduced as I delivered important information to customers as well as promoting new products.

As one of my clients during my apprenticeship, eCloud took me on full time as their in-house graphic designer. My responsibilities were to produce any print advertising content, as well as graphics for the social media pages. Alongside this, I undertook a digital marketing course where I was able to learn the fundamental basics to help improve my position in the business, and for my future. I completed the digital marketing course, achieving Pass level.

A temporary 9 month maternity cover role working within the warehouse maintaining equipment making sure that is was suitable for use and to a high standard. I also sorted out bookings for equipment and performing repairs. I worked 2 days a week alongside completing my college course.
