We have built three key pillars to the service and seek to ensure that the 'Business' receives what it requires and not an interpretation of a requirement whilst ensuring we drive true quality throughout the SDLC.In addition we have progressed our test maturity and have a clear roadmap for transformational change during 2012 having developed our own test methodology and process thus giving us all the assets we need to enable our own business but also to support our Clients on an international level to derive real value from testing.To ensure we enable our own test professionals we have also developed and deployed an ISTQB fully accredited portal for all of our staff in all Geographies which allows them to study at theirown pace and prepare for the accredited exam in the best possible way.We still have much to do in 2012.........but we have also achieved a significant amount in 2011 Show less

Having established the UK Testing competence and put the foundations in place for growth I am now moving to a Group role in order to help drive and implement the Steria Corporate vision on testing. This is part of a wider strategy for change which will see a greater synergy across all Countries and some true innovation on how we offer Testing Services moving forward.I will of course add more as we progress in the coming months.
